New Hire Onboarding Home Page

Dear New Hire,

Once again, congratulations on your new journey with us here at Chick-fil-A! We’re so excited to have you part of this team. This onboarding homepage will have everything you need to prepare you for Orientations I & II. Please read and go through each section as they all contain important information. Should you have any questions, please reach out to your Hiring Director!

Uniform Ordering & Extras:

  • Q: When will the initial $50 uniform deposit be taken out of my paycheck?

  • A: The paycheck that includes your first in-Restaurant shifts!

  • Q: What if I order something and it doesn’t fit me?

  • A: Please speak with any Leader the moment you find out an item (or items) do not fit. We will order you a new size at no extra cost to you.

  • Q: Do all the uniforms I order belong to me? Or do I have to give them back after I leave?

  • A: All ordered uniforms by you are fully your responsibility and belong to you. Please keep that in mind when ordering so that you do not end up with more than you would like to have.

  • Q: Am I required to order the shoes? Can I just buy some from a local box store? What if I already have some?

  • A: At this time, in the interest of Team Member safety, the only non-slip shoes we require are to be ordered with us in our Uniform Ordering Guide. No other non-slip shoes outside of this will be permitted in the workplace.

HS Team & Pathways

  • HS Team (Hotschedules) is for you to view your schedule, pick up/drop shifts and more! The buttons will take you to the free one. Do NOT purchase the app on your own.

  • Pathways is for you to complete any and all online Trainings!

  • Questions? Reach out to your Hiring Director here!

Slack

  • This is the app we use to discuss all things chicken! (…and work pfft).

  • Once you download the app, please notify your Hiring Director so you may be added to your Company!

Extras!

  • Please ensure your workstream onboarding is complete, all portions of your uniform are ordered and all three apps are downloaded!

  • Please view and peruse our internal employee website for resources, our Open Door Policy Commitment and much more!
