Use this form to receive your bonus of $750 for referring a new hire to the Chick-fil-A team!
How it works:
For current Team Members, Trainers, Leaders & Managers that refer a job applicant, and the applicant is hired.
Directors and Talent & Recruiters are ineligible to receive this bonus.
What do you get:
$150: when referral completes their first day
$250 when referral completes 3 months
$350 when referral completes 6 months
This bonus is open to both the South Mopac and Ben White locations, for all restaurant positions. Remember that all applicants must be able to provide proof of identification and proof of eligibility to work in the United States.

Final Notes:
Team member must be in good standing and not on a final warning or performance improvement plan.
Not applicable for seasonal team members. Referred employees that reduce their availability after hire or break the availability contract may make the referring team member ineligible, and will be decided on a case-by-case basis.
No payments will be issued to/for any individual that is no longer employed with CKM/Chick-fil-A.
