Care Team:
Began in 2023, the Care Team consists of four members: Rebekah Grace, Rose Hernandez, Grace Council, and Shaila Alimanovic.
Our Mission:
“Implement ways to develop, inspire, encourage and care for our Team Members during their day to day experience at our restaurants so they are able to do the same for our guests.”
This team of four’s mission is to take care of you, the Team Member, through resources and support provided to us by Chick-fil-A as well as creative initiatives tailored to this organization. We want to uphold the standard and culture of care by continuing to make these resources and new ones (as they come) available to you all.

Prayer Team:
Established in 2023, the Prayer Team consists of four members: Ken Massey, Bryan Hall, Jeremy De Alcala Sanchez and Rebekah Grace. The prayer team meets monthly to lift up any and all prayer requests brought before them with thoughtfulness and care. The Prayer Team chooses to put life’s challenges, struggles and even victories in God’s Hands. We believe that prayer changes things. All requests are kept private as we understand how some situations can be delicate.
You, the Team Member, are more than welcome to reach out to any of the aforementioned members for any additional support. We are here to serve you.

PTO Policy

Glossary of Terms & Explanation of Benefits:
One day of PTO is equal to eight hours multiplied by the Team Members regular hourly Wage.
Team Members and Leaders must be in good standing (no advanced corrective action) to receive PTO benefits of any kind.
Team Members must average 60+ hours per pay period for the previous 6 months to qualify for FT tenure-based PTO benefits.
PT Team Members are ineligible for tenure-based PTO
A change from FT to PT will results in loss of benefits immediately.
Seasonal Team Members and Leads are ineligible to receive tenure-based and rank-based PTO benefits.
For Returning Team Members and Leads, benefits will be paid out at the following scale:
Less than 3 months since leaving CFA: 100%
Between 3 and 6 months: 75%
Between 6 and 9 months: 50%
Between 9 months and 1 year: 25%
More than 1 year: No longer eligible for benefits
Additional Definitions:
Tenure = The amount of time worked with Chick-fil-A
Rank = The role or position a member of our team holds (i.e. manager, trainer, leader, etc)
Team Member = in broad terms, any employee of Chick-fil-A (including leaders), however commonly is used to refer to non-leadership employees
Leader = employee that holds a rank of Trainer level 1 or above
F/T = full time - average 60 hrs or more per pay period for 6 months
P/T = part time - average less than 60 hrs per pay period for 6 months
PTO = paid time off
Advanced corrective action = any corrective/disciplinary action that includes or exceeds a written warning, probationary period, or performance improvement plan
Seasonal Team Member = intermittent work that lasts for 3 months or less
Returning Team Member = leaves CFA and later returns

The Chick-fil-A Together Fund serves as grant system to offer financial support to Team Members when life’s unexpected events happen.
*Please note that the process after submission can take a few weeks as the application process is reviewed by several members part of the Together Fund Team.

Family Violence:
Family violence is when one family or household member physically harms or emotionally abuses another family or household member. A spouse or a partner, a man or a woman can experience family violence. Family members, such as children who witness family violence, are also considered victims. Family violence can take different forms such as:

Sexual abuse (rape or any unwanted sexual contact).
Emotional abuse (threats or humiliation).
Financial abuse (controlling a person’s money without their permission).
